      Description

In using the marking Rubric, it is possible to create lines in the Rubric that score zero by making each element zero. This is useful when we have a global score line at the bottom. However since the rubric is designed to list the criteria in ascending or descending order, if you create a zero line, when it is saved it scrambles the criteria. If you save it about 10 times, then it eventually saves the criteria in the position you initially typed.
