Add max grade input to custom calculation

      Navigate to a Gradebook setup in a course containing at least one item.
      Edit Settings for the course "category".
      Note the number provided for the max grade and whether or not it is available.
      Edit the calculation for the course total.
      Note that an input for max grade is available and has the same value as before.
      Change it and add a custom calculation.

      When a user edits the category total or a manual item, the maximum grade for that item becomes available if it wasn't before. The user then has to go to the category/item settings if they want to change the maximum grade. It would make sense to change the grade within the custom calculation in one step.
