Move the preferred calendar setting from edit profile page to user preference page

      1. Install a new calendar type plugin (for example the Persian calendar)
      2. Visit the edit profile page. There should NOT be a setting for changing the preferred calendar
      3. Visit the user preference page. There should be a link to change the "preferred calendar" right after the "preferred language" link
      4. Click on the link and change the preferred calendar. Dates should be displayed in the new calendar context.

      Description

      It is nicer and more standard compliant if the calendar preference setting moves to the user preference page; Just like the preferred language setting.
