Impossible to grade students submissions in assignment with Moodle 2.9.3+ when cache store not available

      3. Click to grade a student
      4. Set a grade to it and save changes
      5. You SHOULD NOT receive a fatal error

    Description

      I've just updated my Moodle from 2.9.3 to latest 2.9.3+ (Build: 20151209 - Version 2015051103.06) and i now face a problem, on one (only) of my three Moodle plateforms (all same version, on same server).

      When grading a student, i can open the dedicated screen, but when i press "Save changes" button to save grade (and feedback comments), i have this error message :

      ??Aborting save. Moodle could not determine which user to save the grade against.
      More information about this error??

      This message is "useridlistnotcached" (in assign.php), and it seems to have been created part of MDL-44330.

      No problem if using "fast correction" (but that's not on the same page).
