Forum Digest summary email contains a semi-colon

      1. Create a course
      2. Create a forum
      3. Enroll a user in the course as a student
      4. As the student, subscribe to the forum:
      5. * Navigate to the forum from the course page
      6. * In the "Administration" block, click "Forum administration" > Subscribe to this forum"
      7. Change the student's digest type for that forum to Subjects only:
        • As the student open the user profile page
        • Click "Forum preferences" under "User account"
        • Change "Email digest type" to "Subjects"
      8. Post in the forum as another user
      9. Wait for the digest email
      10. TEST Ensure the digest mail does not contain the extra characters

      Subjects only Forum digest emails contain some extra characters – see the attached screenshot.

      This only appears to affect the Subjects only digest setting - Complete posts and no digest do not appear to be affected.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Subscribe to a forum
      2. Change your digest type for that forum to Subjects only
      3. Post in the forum as another user
      4. Wait for the digest email
