      2. VERIFY the output does contain colour
      3. Run grunt shifter --no-color
      4. VERIFY the output doesn't contain colour
      5. Run grunt --no-color
      6. VERIFY the output doesn't contain colour

      Steps to reproduce..

      Run:

      grunt --no-color

      Expected results:
      No colour is output.

      Actual results:
      Colour is output from shifter.

      This makes it a pain for scriptability (MDLSITE-4329)
