We have found an unexpected behaviour in cloze questions.
In order to reproduce it:

Create a question cloze.
Create a numerical question and a multichoice question, for instance:

Which is the alternative hypothesis to test the first goal?:

Save the question cloze and create a quiz with it.
As student, do the quiz and save the attempt.
As student, preview the attempt.
As a teacher, modify the tolerance of the numerical question (e.g., 0.01 to 0.1) and save the question.
As student, refresh the preview of your attempt.
You can see the answer to the multichoice question has disappeared and instead of it you can see the value "This choice was deleted after the attempt was started"

We expect don't lose the value of any answer.

The moodle version we have is 2.8.9, but you can reproduce it in 3.0.1 version too.
