Section return not working when editing section from single section page

      1. Open a course and ensure configuration for Course format::Course layout is set to 'Show all sections on one page"
      2. Turn editing on
      3. Edit the general section and save changes
        1. Confirm that you were returned to the main page and placed at the top of the page
      4. Repeat editing another section - you should be returned to the correct section's bookmark
      5. Edit the course and set Course format::Course layout is set to 'Show one section per page"
      6. Repeat first set of tests
      7. Navigate to a section other than section 1
      8. Edit the section/topic/week and Save changes
        1. Confirm that you have been returned to the section you were viewing/editing
      9. Repeat with section 1

      When editing a section from a single section page, you always get returned to section 1 instead of whichever section you were editing.
