While testing MDL-36404, additional improvements for rubrics advanced grading have been noted:

• When you duplicate/add a criterion it's hard to tell that you are now on duplicated/added criterion. It would be nice if the user gets notified that the criterion has been duplicated/added and that the user is now on the duplicated/added criterion.
• When viewing the graded rubric as a student, it would be nice if the student will be able to distinguish between the 'Grading criteria' rubric table in 'Submission status', and the graded rubric table in 'Feedback'.

The above improvements can be applied to the marking guide advanced grading as well.
