Testing Instructions:
1. Create choice activity with "Allow more than one choice to be selected"=Yes
2. Duplicate it
3. Make sure the duplicate also has this setting set to yes

The backup of activity choice itn't complete.
Option 'allowmultiple' (database-name) or 'Allow more than one choice to be selected' is missing.

Test:
Create a new Choice instance with the 'Allow more than one choice to be selected' option 'yes'
Create a backup of the course
Restore the backup to a new course
Check that the 'Allow more than one choice to be selected' option is still on default value 'no' in the restored Choice
