      Description

If you set up a forum of type "Each person posts one discussion", and some groups, then you'll be offered the option of "Post a copy to all groups" when posting.

If you tick the box then it attempts to post to each group, the first succeeeds, but the second (and any subsequent groups) fails as you're limited to only posting once in this kind of forum.

I'm not sure what the best solution to this is, but certainly one option is not to display the checkbox for this kind of forum.
