Grunt fails to build YUI modules when in a yui subdirectory, builds AMD instead

      cd course/yui/src
      		 
      grunt

      Grunt will generate the amd modules into subdirectories.

      It worked okay before MDL-50766 but not after, so it looks to be a regression from that.
