Consider deprecating step "And I trigger cron"

      With sam introducing And I run the scheduled task we have a step definition which is much more isolated than the existing And I trigger cron step.

      We should convert all core uses to the scheduled task variant and consider depreciating the And I trigger cron step because it will reduce the things which can affect the running of tests and speed up the tests.
