List of question types: Possibility to add headings

Hi,

with Moodle 3.0 it's possible to manually sort the order of the question types (MDL-50217).
As I would like to sort them by logical units (e.g. all mathematical question types would be a logical unit), it would be very useful if individual headings could be added to the dialog.

With this, the user would know where to search for the intended question type if the types are not sorted alphabetically, but in logical junks.
