Add "my courses" to global search

      1. Set up global search https://docs.moodle.org/31/en/Global_search#How_is_it_set_up.3F
      2. Run php admin/tool/task/cli/schedule_task.php --execute="\core\task\search_index_task" in CLI
      3. Log in as a user (let's call it X) enrolled to a few courses
      4. Search for a couple of the courses you are enrolled by the following fields and ensure the results you get make sense:
        • shortname
        • fullname
        • summary
      5. Hide one of the courses where X user have access and ensure that user X don't have moodle/course:viewhiddencourses capability on it
      6. Search again like you did before, the course shouldn't appear now

      Users should be able to search their own courses by its name or description.

      Description edited according to the final solution, only my courses, a new issue will be created for all course related stuff to work on it as part of the GSOC project
