When viewing grading all submissions for a submit assignment activity, instructors see an overdue date with days & hours late (in red text) if a student hasn't viewed or submitted an activity: http://screencast.com/t/ziJRRmXhcez

If a student views the activity, but doesn't submit, there is no such overdue date & hours late (in red text) indicator. Instead, Moodle displays the time and date when the student viewed the assignment: http://screencast.com/t/MhvtCxtiyTa

We'd like to request that the red text indicator be added to any assignment that has no submission if it is past the due date.
