If you go to a page with more than one editor, like adding a Page resource, you see some bad behavior.

In the second editor (first editor works fine), enter a sentence. Now, using only the mouse, select a part of the middle of the sentence, and try and turn it into a link. When you do, the link appears at the end (where your cursor was).
Now click around in the sentence. Notice that it still shows the link buttons highlighted, even though you aren't in the link.
Use shift+arrow keys to select some text and try to link it, should work fine. And if you use the keys to move around, the states will update fine.

We see this on at least Mac Chrome and Safari. Haven't tried other browsers.
