Create a learning plan templates. In screen to add competencies check Add button is at left under learning plan template name. Go to user learning plans and check Add button is at left under main title. Create a user learning plan. In screen to add competencies check Add button is at left under user learning plan name. Go to evidence of prior learning and check Add button is at left under main title. Create an evidence of prior learning. In screen to link competencies check Link competencies button is at left under evidence name. Go to a course > course competency and check Add button is at left under main title.
