All "Add" buttons should be displayed right below the title

      As administrator:

      • Go to Competency Framework and check Add button is at left under main title.
      • Go to Learning plan templates and check Add button is at left under main title.
      • Create a learning plan templates. In screen to add competencies check Add button is at left under learning plan template name.
      • Go to user learning plans and check Add button is at left under main title.
      • Create a user learning plan. In screen to add competencies check Add button is at left under user learning plan name.
      • Go to evidence of prior learning and check Add button is at left under main title.
      • Create an evidence of prior learning. In screen to link competencies check Link competencies button is at left under evidence name.
      • Go to a course > course competency and check Add button is at left under main title.
