Remove tags from outgoing notifications

      You need and Android 4 or 5 phone or iPhone and the latest Moodle Mobile app version installed.

      1. As admin: Log in into your Moodle site, configure and enable the Plugins > Messages > Output Mobile notifications plugin (use the access key provided in the first comment in the issue)
      2. As normal user: Log in into your Moodle site, go to your messaging preferences and enable receive personal messages between users via "Mobile notifications"
      3. Open the Mobile app in your device and log in to the site, move the app to the background (switch to a different app or go to the main screen)
      4. As admin: Send a private message to the normal user including html tags, for example, <p>Hello!</p>

      You should receive a Push notification in your device, it will be displayed in the top tray. The message must not contain html tags, following the example it should read: Hello!

      We must clean the message text to remove tags, notifications does not support html tags
