Quizzes should be able to report scores/marks/grades for each section/question category/tag

      For proof of concept with grade scale plugin.

      1. Make sure that grading form installs and is active.
      2. Create a quiz with a few easy questions.
      3. From activity menu of the quiz select advanced grading.
      4. Change grading method to grading scale and open definition form.
      5. Enter percentages or scores for rawscores and set scaled scores and descriptions for each level. Add levels if you like.
      6. Save the form and make available at the bottom.
      7. Return to quiz and switch role to student.
      8. Make some attempts on the quiz with different grades.
      9. Check grades on review page and grade book. Verify that they are scaled.

      Academic program assessment, especially those requiring external accreditation, often need a way to report on the performance of their students with a breakdown of different learning categories. Questions have the capacity to use tags (both course level and official tags), but there is no place to include information about these tags for questions in the reporting process of a quiz. This renders tagging questions essentially useless.

      Please add a "tags" column in the quiz statistics report so programs can include them as part for of their performance analysis.
