Allow multiple select of areas for search filter

      1. Make sure you have solr setup and working, with Page, Assign, and Forum search areas enabled (https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Global_search)
      2. Create a course, and in the course, create a page with title Page, assign with title Assign, and Forum with title Forum. For each, put FindMe in the description.
      3. Index site content
      4. Search for FindMe
      5. Confirm you get results for Page, Assign, and Forum
      6. In the filter section, click the dropdown, and select Page
      7. Search
      8. Confirm you only get a result for Page
      9. In the filter section, click the dropdown, and select Forum (now you have Page and Forum selected)
      10. Search
      11. Confirm you only get results for Page and Forum
      12. In the filter section, click the dropdown, and select Assign (now you have Page, Assign, and Forum selected)
      13. Search
      14. Confirm you get results for Page, Assign, and Forum
      15. In the filter section, click to remove forum
      16. Search
      17. Confirm you only get results for Page and Assign
      18. In the filter section, remove Page and Assign
      19. Search
      20. Confirm you get results for Page, Assign, and Forum

    Description

      Right now, forum posts can drowned out search content can drowned out course content. The only way around it is to search each area at once, which is a pretty big usability issue.
