Improve formatting of (sub)chapter number + title

      This change adds a full stop (.) character after the number in the chapter/subchapter.
      i.e. We have gone from a format such as "2.1 Melons" to "2.1. Melons".

      1. Create a new book
        1. Under Appearance set the "Style of navigation" setting to "Text"
      2. Create some chapters in your book and add sub chapters
      3. Follow the "Print book" link
        1. Confirm that all chapters and subchapters appear in the correct format
      4. View a chapter
        1. Confirm that the title of the chapter in the page appears in the correct format
        2. Confirm that this is correct in the ToC too
        3. Confirm that the navigation to the next and previous chapters are in the correct format
      5. Press the "Print this chapter" button
        1. Confirm that the title of the chapter is correct
      6. View a subchapter
        1. Confirm that the title of the chapter in the page appears in the correct format
        2. Confirm that this is correct in the ToC too
        3. Confirm that the navigation to the next and previous chapters are in the correct format
      7. Press the "Print this chapter" button
        1. Confirm that the title of the chapter is correct
      8. View a chapter and

      Description

      When we create a Book with numbered chapters, the chapter numerals do not have a period or other spacing punctuation before the Chapter's title in the book navigation block and also the page title.

      ie. 1 My Chapter Title
      instead of
      1. My Chapter Title
