get_string and get_strings must use PARAM_RAW instead of PARAM_TEXT

      Currently the services get_string and get_strings use PARAM_TEXT,
      so when we use string with html tags like this : "Hello <em>Toto</em>" we got this error:

      Invalid external api response: the value is "Hello <em>Toto</em>", the server was expecting "text" type
      		 
      Error code: invalidresponse
