Global search icon clipped in Chrome on Windows 7

      NB: Please try test on all browsers on all operating systems. But definitely test on chrome under Windows.

      1. Enable global search with the 'enableglobalsearch' setting.
      2. Using the Clean theme, navigate to your 'Dashboard'.
      3. Hover over the search icon adjacent to the username.
      4. Verify that the icon is full circle and not truncated.

      The global search icon is clipped in Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112 m (64-bit) on Win 7 64 bit. Tested on FireFox 45.0.2 and IE 11 (11.0.9600.18230) and is fine.
