In Competency breakdown when you want to jump to an other user it doesn't work one time over 2.
To reproduce:
Create a framework with competencies.
Create a course and associate competencies to it.
Enrol 3 users to the course.
Go to Competency breakdown for the course.
Try to select an other user in Jump to user.
First time it doesn't work
The second time it works
