1. Create a course with seperate groups mode.
2. Create group A and group B
3. Set news forum to seperate groups mode
4.a) Create a news post for all groups
b) Create a news post for group A
b) Create a news post for group B
5. Enroll a user into both groups
6. User should see all 3 posts in the news block (currently he only sees posts for one of the groups he belongs to)

If the user belongs to more than one group he can answer the news from many groups in the news forum but the latest news block displays only news for one of the groups (and for all groups).
