      Description

Whilst testing https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-53799 I noticed a related error in the console when click the menu option Administration > Course Administration > Question Bank > Import.

I am using Firefox 41.0.2 and this is the error reported in Firebug:

      TypeError: document.getElementById(...) is null
      http://localhost/test/question/import.php?courseid=2
      Line 233

David has advised that the problem does not exist in 3.0, so I will mark this as affecting version 3.1.
