No longer possible to map frontpage feedback to the front page itself

      1. Add a feedback activity on the frontpage
      2. In the feedback, follow Map feedback to courses
      3. Confirm that the front page (displayed under the site name) is listed in the auto complete menu
        • And is returned based on shortname and fullname when you search
      4. Confirm that you can select it and save
      5. Confirm that going back to the form displays the frontpage as being selected

      This can be linked as a regression from MDL-43470
      In 3.0 it was possible to map feedback to the frontpage course itself. The new form element 'course' that was used in MDL-43470 never returns the frontpage course.

      1. In moodle 3.0 create feedback on the front page and map it to the frontpage course and some other course
      2. Upgrade to 3.1dev
      3. Make sure you can remove and add mapping to the frontpage course itself
