Lesson: Allow maximum number of attempts to be unlimited

      1. Create a course.
      2. Restore a lesson from the attachment.
      3. Enroll a student.
      4. Log in as student.
      5. Attend the lesson.
      6. Confirm, that there is no limit to attemp Numerical, Matching, Multichoice, True/false and Short answer questions.
      7. Confirm, that the "You have N attempt(s) remaining" notification is not displayed after incorrect attempt.
      8. Finish the lesson (correct answers are provided in the questions).
      9. Login as a teacher.
      10. Access the lesson and open Reports tab.
      11. Confirm, there is no error or warning and reports are displayed as expected.
      12. Open Grade essays tab.
      13. Confirm, the essay can be graded by clicking on the essay date, filling out comments area and saving changes.

      Lesson modules limits number of attempts per question to 10. In some cases it makes sense to set the number of attempts to unlimited.
      Please add this option sto the settings for a lesson instance.
