As a part of the release process, en_fix is due for merging into the core English language pack.

In addition to merging strings for 2.9 and 3.0 for the upcoming Moodle 3.0.4 and 2.9.6 releases scheduled for Monday 9 May 2016, it would be good to merge strings for 3.1. We would then merge strings again shortly before the 3.1 release.
