      Competency Tree

      1. Create a competency framework with multiple competencies (see docs)
      2. Create and display a course
      3. In course administration select "Competencies"
      4. On the competencies page click the "Add competencies to course" button which should open the competency picker
      5. Within the competency picker select multiple competencies by holding down either command (Mac OS) or ctrl (Windows) and clicking on the competency name in the list
      6. Try deselecting competencies by clicking highlighted competencies while still holding the correct modifier key
      7. Navigate the tree using the keyboard, holding the ctrl, alt or meta (command on Mac) key modifiers should allow navigation without selecting the item. Home and end keys should jump to the start and end of the tree, respectively. The asterix key (or shift + 8) should expand all nodes in the tree. Confirm that ctrl and meta keys are equivalent (behave the same) for navigating the tree.
      8. Repeat the testing on a different operating system

      Nav Tree

      1. Confirm that holding the meta key and clicking on the nav tree does not perform any tree navigation (i.e. shift focus). This behaviour should be the same as holding the ctrl key
      2. Confirm that holding the meta key stops keyboard navigation of the nav tree. This behaviour should be the same as holding the ctrl key.

      Description

I noticed that on Mac the CMD + Click (or CTRL + click) do not allow for a user to select multiple elements in the different picker we have in Competencies.
