Selected values for the user/competency selector field can exceed the container

      Setup
      1. Create one ore more user accounts with very long names.
      2. Create a course.
      3. Enrol the created users to the course.
      4. Go to Course administration > Competencies.
      5. Click Manage competencies and frameworks to open on a new browser tab.
      6. On the Competency frameworks browser tab, create a competency framework.
      7. Create one or more competencies with very long names and/or description.
      8. Go back to the course competencies browser tab.
      9. Click Add competencies to course and add the previously created competencies.
      User competency in course.
      1. Click on a competency to go to the user competency in course page.
      2. Check the panel on the right with the user and competency selector fields.
        • Confirm that the selected items are within the panel's bounds.
      3. Select a user that has a very long name on the user selector field.
      4. Select a competency that has a very long name on the competency selector field.
        • Confirm that the selected values do not exceed the panel's bounds.
      Competency breakdown report
      1. Under Course administration, click Reports > Competency breakdown.
      2. Check the panel on the right with the user selector field.
        • Confirm that the selected user is within the panel's bounds.
      3. Select a user that has a very long name on the user selector field.
        • Confirm that the selected user is within the panel's bounds.
