Option for assignment description to be visible on marking/grading screen

      When in an assignment, when teacher clicks on the 'View/grade all submissions' link, the screen it takes them to displays the assignment name but not the assignment description. Also when viewing an individual students submission, it shows the name but not the description.

      it would be really useful to have the option to display the description on these 2 screens.
