Make our CSS lint free

Our current csslint configuration is very permissive - more or less things it detects are real errors like incorrect combinations of styles, invalid properties or real errors.

I would like to see us start enforcing lint-free css in the grunt builds, as a precussor to that we need to fix the lint issues in the codebase
