Setup Login as an admin Navigate to Site administration ► Competencies ► Competency frameworks Add a new competency framework and create at least 4 competencies in it. Create a user. Navigate to the user's profile, then click Learning plans . Create at least 4 draft learning plans for that user. Open a learning plan. Add the competencies to that learning plan. After adding the competencies, click Request review under Status . Request review for the other learning plans (no need to add competencies to the other learning plans). Go back to the list of learning plans for that user. At the bottom of the list of learning plans table, click Evidence of prior learning . Add a new evidence for the user. Then link all of the competencies to that user evidence (select the first learning plan with the competencies then choose the competencies under it). Go back to the List of evidence page for the user's Evidence of prior learning. Select the Edit menu from the Actions column for the user's evidence. Click Send competencies for review . Go back to the Dashboard and see the Learning plans block. (If it is not present, just click Customise this page and add the Learning plans block.)
