Quiz overrides form attempt field could use a help icon

      1. Create a quiz.
      2. Navigate to the quiz and click on the actions menu icon (cog icon).
      3. Click "User overrides".
      4. Click on "Add user override"
      5. Check the form.
        • Confirm that there is a help icon next to the "Attempts allowed" field label.
      6. Click on the help icon.
        • Confirm that you see a help text that explains the field on a popover.

      Description

      As discussed in this forum thread, https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=333413, the Attempts field on the Quiz group/user override form could use a help icon to explain that the setting is the total number of attempts allowed with the override, not a number of extra attempts.
