      1. Merge the appropriate branch from: 

        git://github.com/andrewnicols/moodle.git MDL-54778-master-mocha

      2. Run `grunt mocha`
      3. Check through generate coverage file
      4. Full behat run
      5. Smoke test of forms all over moodle (wtih JS console open)

      1. Create a course and manually enrol several students
      2. Go to Course administration>Users>Enrolled users
      3. Filter users by the manual enrolment method
      4. Select a student and select to edit from bulk action menu
      5. Open JS console - there is a JS error on this page

      Discovered while writing behat tests for MDL-31012 - behat fails saying "Javascript code and/or AJAX requests are not ready after 10 seconds. There is a Javascript error or the code is extremely slow. (Exception)"
