Enter a value like Hello <b>world!</b> Press enter. Confirm that there is no error dialogue shown. Confirm that the tags have been stripped and only shows " Hello world! " and the "world!" part is not in bold. Updating a tool type's description Edit the tool's description by clicking on it. Enter a value like Hello <b>world!</b> Press enter. Tool type on activity chooser Click on the cog on the tool type's box. Select Show in activity chooser and as preconfigured tool in Show when creating activities under Tool settings. Click Save changes . Create a course. Turn editing on for that course. In one of the sections, click Add an activity or resource Under Activities, select the tool type. Check it's description. Confirm that the tags have been stripped and only shows " Hello world! " and the "world!" part is not in bold.
