Manage LTI tools page throws an exception

      Adding a tool type
      1. Go to Site administration ► Plugins ► Activity modules ► External tool ► Manage tools
      2. Paste the following URL in the "Add tool" box: https://www.eduappcenter.com/configurations/mscyn3vblg2yfun2.xml?site_url=http%3A%2F%2Fmyq2a.url (taken from https://www.eduappcenter.com/apps/6#.V1kIhZ5Z5Qs)
        • Confirm that there is no error dialogue displayed
        • Confirm that the tool is successfully created and displayed
      Updating a tool type's name
      1. Edit the tool's name by clicking on it. Enter a value like

        Hello <b>world!</b>
        

      2. Press enter.
        • Confirm that there is no error dialogue shown.
        • Confirm that the tags have been stripped and only shows "Hello world!" and the "world!" part is not in bold.

      1. Edit the tool's description by clicking on it. Enter a value like

      2. Press enter.
        • Confirm that there is no error dialogue shown.
        • Confirm that the tags have been stripped and only shows "Hello world!" and the "world!" part is not in bold.
      Tool type on activity chooser
      1. Click on the cog on the tool type's box.
      2. Select Show in activity chooser and as preconfigured tool in Show when creating activities under Tool settings.
      3. Click Save changes.
      4. Create a course.
      5. Turn editing on for that course.
      6. In one of the sections, click Add an activity or resource
      7. Under Activities, select the tool type. Check it's description.
        • Confirm that the tags have been stripped and only shows "Hello world!" and the "world!" part is not in bold.

      3. Now the exception popup appears on each page load and tool does not appear (impossible to delete it)

      Similar situation:

      1. Create any tool
      2. Edit description inline and put "hello <b>test</b>" in it
      3. Another unattractive exception popup appears
