      1. Enable portfolios support in Site Administration > Advance features > Enable portfolios
      2. Enable file download format in portfolio plugin config: Site administration > Plugins > Portfolio > Manage portfolio > Enable File download
      3. Create a course
      4. Add workshop activity to a course
      5. Test the ability to export the submission and associated assessments.

      How it should work:

      • When viewing a submission (mod/workshop/submission.php), there should be a button "Export this page" at the bottom of the page.
      • The button should export the currently displayed submission, the associated peer-assessments the user has access to and the submission instructions.
      • If there are no embedded/attached files to be exported, you should get a single HTML file.
      • If there are embedded/attached files , you should get a ZIP file.

      Notes:

      • The underlying API does not deal well with files collisions (e.g. two files having same name). This is not workshop specific issue.
      • The LEAP2A format seems to have troubles when being imported into Mahara. The preview is displayed correctly, but the content is not saved and files are not correctly linked in Mahara. Again, this is not workshop specific issue.

There're have been several discussions on the forum, it hasn't been fully agreed on a solution, but I think we basically agreed on the following rules:

      • Users can export their own submission
      • Users can export feedback/assessment received from other users

The ability to export the feedback gave to someones else was not agreed yet. But I think in some cases a student might want to keep a record of their assessment for specific use?
