Add "No results found" message to globalsearch

      1. Setup global search (https://docs.moodle.org/31/en/Global_search)
      2. Go to search/index.php and search for "asdhjliasdhujsdghgdsjksdfjksdjjgsdfgsdfgdsfh"
      3. You should see a "No results"
      4. Search for something reasonable
      5. You should see results and not a "No results" string (if you do see a "No results" ensure that the query is contained in one of your indexed activities)

      GlobalSearch feature doesn't return any message when there is no matching results for our search query.

      1. Login as any user or guest.
      2. Search for any non existing user or any other entity using the globalsearch input field above.
      3. There won't be any message to indicate 0 matching results for our search.
