    Description

Install is an upgrade from 2.9 to 3.1. Since 3.1 was installed both Clean and Essential have the same problem.

Clcking down into he System Admin menus breaks all the menus when you get to the bottom level. Clicking Site Adminstration > Apperance > Calendar displays the Calendar settings page correctly however then the menu items don't work (or open the wrong one) unless they are bottom level ones that are already displayed. So trying to expand Plugins expands Competencies Languages does nothing. Clicking on an already displayed bottom link like Notifications works but the problem remains once Notifications is loaded.

If you go back to the Dashboard page and start again the menus all work. Until you get to a bottom level page again when they all break

      Suspect Javascript problems.
