In the Feedback activity, the question size (at least for Multiple Choice questions) is limited to 255 characters.
This is particularly annoying if you are in a multilang Moodle and you try to insert multilang questions which take the multiple amount of space, since in more than one language.
It could be great to increase the available characters (probably the 'label' varchar(255) field in the database scheme).
Also, I'm going to add as related issue, then using a WYSIWYG-Editor to format Questions as mentioned by ichklaus.
