Search area names should be displayed alphabetically

      Before setting applying this patch:

      1. Enable global search and all search areas.
      2. Go to the search page and view the Filter > Search area list
      3. See that My courses is located at the bottom
      4. Apply this patch
      5. Reload the search page
      6. Confirm My courses appears in alphabetical order

      If you go to the search page, under 'filter', users can select areas to limit the search to. Right now it's in some arbitrary order that is mostly correct, with My Courses is at the bottom.
