Issue with "recover grades" title alignment

There is a problem on enrolling users view: If the title is too long, the checkbox is misplaced. It should be positioned after the sentence and not underneath.

Steps to reproduce:
Set the language on German
1. Go to course administration.
2. Go to users and enrolled users.
3. Click on enrol user button.
4. Click on enrolment options.

You will notice that the checkbox to enable the option is misplaced. I attached a screenshot of the actual view on German language.
