Create a course with an assignment that accepts File submisisons. Login as a student and submit a PDF file. Login as a teacher and grade the submission. Add a comment. Add a stamp annotation. Click again on the comment. Confirm that you can edit it. Use the select tool and select the stamp annotation. Confirm that you can drag it. Add other annotations, such as shapes, pen, line, highlight. Confirm that you can move them around when selected with the select tool. Add another stamp annotation and make sure that it goes outside the page's printable area. The easiest way would be to click outside the page's bounds. Save the grading page and view the list of submissions. Click View annotated PDF Login as a student and view the annotated PDF. Click and drag on the annotations. Confirm that you cannot drag the annotations. Confirm that there is no error dialogue displayed.
