      Description

Currently, we have $OUTPUT->uarrow, $OUTPUT->rarrow, and $OUTPUT->larrow, but we don't have $OUTPUT->darrow yet.

Seems like there's no request yet for us to implement darrow, but I think that it won't hurt to add it. Plus, this would definitely help us finally deprecate print_arrow().
