Create new workshop instance and enable usage of example submissions.

Define the assessment form.

Define an example submission with an image embedded into the text and a file attached.

Make sure the example submission is saved with the image embedded and the file attached correctly.

Description

When trying to add an example submission with an attachment, I click to add a file and get this:
"Sorry, none of your current repositories can return files in the required format."

Debugging mode shows further warnings:

"Notice: Use of undefined constant FILE_INTERNAL - assumed 'FILE_INTERNAL' in mod/workshop/locallib.php on line 2495"
