Add all courses information (sections and potential courses to enrol) to global search

      We are already indexing the courses the user is enrolled into, but ideally we would be able to search for other courses info.

      We can split the issue later if required but some ideas:

      • Course sections info
      • Courses where you are not enrolled

      devang2511 please complete the issue's description with whatever you considered in your GSOC proposal.
