Fix the data table alignment

      1. Visit one of the new charts on moodle.
      2. Click on Show chart data
      3. Make sure the Show chart data link and the data table is aligned to the LEFT side and the gap between data and description has been reduced.
      4. Switch to a RTL language (he)
      5. Make the content has been flipped and it is displayed correctly on the RIGHT side
