Teacher cannot edit a students submission

      1. Carry out the testing instructions from MDL-41945 (sorry :[)
      2. On a fresh install, as admin:
        1. Create a course with an online text assignment, and a student
        2. Navigate to the assignment and press the "View all submissions" button
        3. From the "Edit" drop down press "Edit submission" for the student
        4. Enter anything for the online text
        5. Save
        6. Press "View all submissions" again
        7. Edit the assignment again
        8. Enter something different for the online text
        9. Save
        10. Verify it updated with no errors

      If a teacher edits a students submission - when there is existing submission data they get this error "You have existing submission data. Please leave this page and try again." and the changes cannot be saved.
